How to manage stress

Learn about what causes stress and how you can reduce your stress levels in this informative article.

Stress is something that everyone feels at times and it can be as a result of experiencing challenges in life such as work, school or relationship problems.

Small amounts of stress can be a good thing as it can motivate someone to get things done. However, too much stress can cause problems such as feeling anxious, and even lead to physical problems such as high blood pressure and trouble sleeping.

How can you deal with stress?
