Support for neurodivergent community in Brent

This is a list of services and organisations in North West London that can support you or a loved one with a neurodivergence.

NHS support:

  • Adult Autism Diagnostic Service: Supporting adults in Brent who have registered with a GP. The services include pre-assessment, diagnostic assessment, signposting and referrals.

Local support:

  • Autism Care Navigation Service: This service is for residents in Brent who are diagnosed with autism or currently are on the waiting list for a diagnosis. The care navigator will support in referrals to services, accessing local and voluntary groups, as well as receiving information and advice about health and social care.

  • Autism-Friendly Cafe: The best place to go for adults with autism or waiting to get a diagnosis. It allows like-minded people to make friends and share experiences in a relaxed setting.

  • Centre for ADHD and Autism: This service is for residents in North West London who would like to access social groups, support and educational sessions. There is also support for different age groups, professionals and families too.
