Brent Bereavement Service to close

Brent Bereavement Service will be closing at the end of April 2025.

It has been a cornerstore of support for grieving individuals and families in Brent, serving the community for the past thirty-eight years with quality counselling, advice and information.

The closure comes after funders were reluctant to provide long-term funding to keep the organisation afloat. 

We would like to thank all the counsellors, therapists, volunteers who have helped thousands of Brent residents to cope with grief and loss. We are disheartened to see this much-needed service cease its operations. Loss can affect people in multiple areas of life, not just emotionally but also financially and physically.
