Feedback and suggestions from 42 residents to improve Brent Adult Social care.
This report shares feedback collected from 42 Brent residents, from outreach and engagement consultations.
In total we spoke to:
- 20 unpaid carers through our focus group
- 8 service users through engagement visits
- 10 unpaid carers through engagement visits
- 4 professionals
The report highlights key themes including experiences of contacting Brent's Customer Care team, requesting a care needs assessment and receiving care after the care needs assesment.
