Have your say on Community Frailty Services
Residents of North West London can share their views on a draft specification for the Community Frailty service.
According to local health data, approximately 10-15% of people aged 65 and above in North West London are living with moderate to severe frailty.
Local clinicians and partners have been working to develop a specification that establishes the core offer for the Community Frailty Service that local residents can expect to receive in North West London.
The NHS would like to invite North West London residents to get involved in the project by sharing their views on the draft specification.
