  • The Warm Welcome campaign has a mission to help everyone find a place of belonging at a Warm Welcome space near their home.
  • Each space offers different services. Some examples might be WiFi, refreshments, coffee and more.

Brent Keep Well and Warm scheme

  • This scheme supports vulnerable residents to keep their homes warm over the winter and beyond.
  • London Borough of Brent are partnering with Green Doctors, offering residents a free consultation and advice from energy experts.

Additional health advice:

  • Stock up on your prescription medicines. Your GP or pharmacy might be closed or have reduced service over the winter period.
  • Make sure the medication that you do have is still in date.
  • Get essential over-the-counter medications for common winter illnesses like coughs, colds, sore throats and general aches. Ask your pharmacist for advice.
  • Wear shoes with good grip to avoid slips on icy surfaces.
  • Keep connected with family, friends and neighbours.
