Enter & View Report: Oxgate Garden Surgery
We spoke to patients and staff at Oxgate Garden Surgery, to understand experiences of primary care and make suggestions for improvement.
Healthwatch Brent carried out an Enter & View visit to Oxgate Garden Surgery in Brent. The visit was intended to allow Healthwatch Brent’s Enter and View team to follow up on recommendations made in our April 2022 report ‘Experiences of accessing a GP in Brent’.
Some of the areas of improvement included:
- More information about local health and wellbeing services, including leaflets
- Support given to patients when using PATCHs
- Offering face-to-face appointments
