Evaluating the additional services made available through Brent's winter access fund
Our evaluation of Brent's winter access fund found that patients benefited enormously from greater access to GP appointments, mental health crisis support, bereavement support and urgent care plan reviews. These projects were received very well by patients, who rated the care they received very highly. They also helped reduce pressure on primary care services.
We look forward to seeing further work from North West London's Primary Care team in these areas.
