About this event
The meeting will focus on sharing information on Transition and the resources, tools and opportunities available for those with disabilities. We will be hearing presentations from different departments across the Council including Adult Social Care, Children and Young People and Employment & Skills. There will also be an opportunity for questions and answers.
There will be a BSL interpreter and regular comfort breaks to accommodate the needs of the participants.
