Brent Autism Care Navigation Service
We are sharing details about the Brent Autism Care Navigation Service and how you or your loved one can start receiving support.
Our Autism Care Navigator is here to support adults living in Brent who have a diagnosis of autism, or who are on the waiting list for an autism assessment.
They offer information and signposting to help people navigate the local health and social care system, and find services to support their wellbeing.
We also run a regular focus group to collect thoughts and feedback about how the system can be improved. For example, how Brent Council and NHS services can best support people with autism.
