Daniel’s Den is a parent and child charity. You can attend their parent and toddler groups if you have a child 5 and under. Parents are able to build friendships at these sessions and children can join in fun activities such as crafts and games.

Brent Family Wellbeing Centres are free to use by any families living in Brent. They offer a range of community-led services that help parents from birth to age 18 (or age 25 for children and young people with special educational needs).
Simply register an online account with details of all family members and then you will be able to attend activities and sessions.

BeeZee Bodies is an organisation that offers FREE healthy living courses for families living in Brent. To be eligible, you must be a Brent resident, as well as have a child between the ages of 5 to 18 who is above their ideal weight based on the NHS BMI centile chart.
Choose from their family programmes, teen programmes, or their healthy lifestyle workshops. You can choose to partake online or in person.

Extra Help Wembley is a home-help organisation that has a variety of support available and for all types of people. For their ‘Extra Help for Parents’ services, it is aimed at busy working parents who require assistance in but not limited to: meal preparation, homework help, transportation to activities and many more.
